Cancellation Policy

Non-emergency cancellations must be done at least 24 hours before a scheduled session. Late cancellations/no-shows will result in the billing for a full session fee.

Individual Therapy

I offer free, 15-minute video consultation calls to help you determine if I'd be a good fit for you and your needs. Please contact me to set up a time to meet!

I accept Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Cigna/Evernorth, Kaiser SoCal, and United.

For those who are out of network or cash pay, I can provide you with a superbill receipt which you may be able to submit to your insurance provider for partial reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking your health insurance provider the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health benefits?

  • How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?

  • How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

As of January 2022, you have a right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much medical care will cost. Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers are required to give clients who are not using insurance or don’t have insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have a right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

You are entitled to an estimate in writing before scheduling any services with a new provider.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
